ABOUT JEREMY SIMS

I’m Jeremy - I’ve spent my career dedicated to developing high performance teams and delivering excellence to clients through program operations roles. I started in an entry-level engineering and consulting role and worked my way up to executive roles leading large and financially successful business units for multi-national, multi-billion dollar organizations. Most recently, I led a multi-disciplinary business unit full of excellent teammates across 5 states in a territory covering Oklahoma, Arkansas, Colorado, New Mexico, & Minnesota.The teams I\'ve led have helped me build on my experience in partnering with excellent clients in utility, municipality and federal program delivery. Much of that work focusing on execution of comprehensive energy & sustainability initiatives. Each of these organizations have heavy regulatory compliance as a primary component of their business models, which aids them in creating successful relationships with their customers and stakeholders.My strengths lie in scaling underperforming territories and teams, driving targeted business development initiatives, and P&L management. But, my passion lies in developing my people. I am proud that the business units I\'ve managed continually hold the lowest attrition rates, and are regularly recognized for their exceptional operational and financial performance.My leadership philosophy is focused on building teams with a positive, high-performing culture. I’ve found that when a clear & compelling vision aligns teams through a shared purpose, we develop a cohesive dynamic that drives exceptional business outcomes.As a long-time energy industry leader, I am passionate about creating great environmental impacts.
