Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify problem areas, propose solutions, and manage the development life-cycle of products from inception to implementation.Build and maintain relationships across the enterprise to identify opportunities for process improvement and increase team delivery capacity.Lead teams in building prototypes and proof of concepts to validate use cases and measure outcomes based on key metrics.Work with Leadership Teams to identify new talent and build T-shaped resources.
