I prioritize promoting equity, diversity, and justice, helping clients mitigate and overcome barriers to learning experienced by systemically marginalized students.I draw on a rich professional background in biomedical research, qualitative health research, and post-secondary teaching. My personal experiences as an international student, immigrant, and single father further inform my empathetic and holistic coaching approach.My coaching methodology integrates learner-centered teaching techniques, group process facilitation, liberating structures, design thinking, and guided self-reflection.
