I am primarily responsible for the generation, development and maintenance of our key accounts within the UK Engineering business sectors. I acted as a primary point of contact for hiring managers whilst overseeing the service and delivery across the different areas of specialism we provided support to. I ensured our clients received continuity in our service offering and an excellent professional service tailored to meet their individual needs.Responsibilities-Identify new business areas/sectors and target clients within the Engineering recruitment markets-Identify clients with the opportunity for further development both new and existing-Networking within new and existing businesses to increase our presence and revenue within our client base-Building relationships and facilitating client entertainment within our key accounts-Designing and tailoring recruitment solutions-Improving service levels between recruiters and our clients-Tenders, RFI\'s, presentations-Negotiation of legal terms and conditions-Training and development of recruitment consultants and Business Developers/Client Service Managers-Conducting weekly mentoring and monthly performance reviews with regional Client Service Managers-Working with Directors and Partners across offices in developing our client service offering in line with current business goals and strategy.
