ABOUT JENNY HABETS
I’m a UX/UI Designer with a background in retail store management. I have experience in leading teams with 30+ employees for multi-million dollar brands. In my role, I analyzed the customer journey from initial contact to point of sale, identifying customer paint points and implementing solutions to provide the best customer service and increase KPIs. After some time in this field, I wanted to pursue my dream and chase a career where I could use the creative and analytical parts of my brain. Finding UX/UI Design was the perfect mix of the two for me. Incorporating both my management expertise and creativity, I want to build pixel perfect designs in an innovative team that places user experience at the forefront.
