Entrepreneur | Marketing Strategist | Educator | Community BuilderI build, scale and exit businesses and help others do the same.After more than 12 years, I completed an international asset sale of Niche Magazine and the Niche Business Awards, transitioning the brand into a global organisation. Over its lifetime, Niche became one of the UK’s most recognised regional business platforms, supporting thousands of founders, SMEs and scale-ups.Following this milestone, I made the strategic decision to close marketing agency Cross Productions after nearly 13 years. During that time, we delivered award-winning marketing and communications programmes across B2B, professional services, education and the public sector. A number of individuals and organisations we supported through their growth journeys achieved Queen’s and King’s Awards, something I’m extremely proud to have contributed to.Today, I co-run Vantage Marketing Group alongside Sally Jenkins. We’ve worked together for nearly 20 years, building and evolving multiple ventures side by side. Vantage is a boutique consultancy by design focused on depth, strategic clarity and long-term commercial value rather than volume or rapid agency scale.Our work is underpinned by a strong commitment to personal growth and continuous development, ensuring we stay ahead of emerging trends, evolving technology and changing market behaviour. This allows us to apply modern marketing strategy and practical AI capability in ways that are relevant, credible and commercially effective.Alongside my commercial work, I play an active role in education and government-backed enterprise programmes. I serve as Pro-Chancellor at De Montfort University and deliver marketing strategy and AI in marketing sessions through De Montfort University, the University of Derby and national programmes including Create to Grow. I have previously delivered on flagship initiatives such as Help to Grow and am an official Virgin Start Up mentor and business coach.In 2026, I launched The East Midlands Boardroom a curated community for established founders and scale-up leaders, focused on meaningful conversation, peer-level connection and recognition that reflects genuine commercial impact.This next chapter is intentional.Experience-led.Focused on substance, not noise.
