Deliverables to date:· Developed a digital tool with technical stakeholders to assist in the tracking and realisation of millions worth of value across an SAP global transformation programme · Led regular status updates to communicate progress and align senior stakeholders towards a common goal· Built the standard value management approach to be used across SAP projects globally · Guided clients through the change management, training and rollout phases across multiple projects to support successful adoption of new digital products· Using Agile methodologies, I managed workstreams across large transformational programmes, with accountability for business case development, resourcing budget, and drafting statements of work · Conducted market analysis on the latest retail and consumer trends which I presented back to our Intelligent Industry team on a monthly basis· Designed strategic project roadmaps and storyboards to resolve client pain points, using Kanban methodologies to plan and track long, medium, and short-term activities· Pitched a Supply Chain Digital Twin concept, securing development funding from Capgemini Invent to build and sell to future clients· Contributed to proposals and RFP responses and built internal knowledge assets to support business development across key strategic accounts
