I research and teach using a functional approach to genre pedagogy and I have developed & facilitated numerous faculty development workshops for UBC\'s Centre for Teaching, Learning & Technology. I am a member of the Indigenous Initiatives Learning Community and the Inclusive Teaching of Writing working group.
