Jennifer Ruelens, MBA is the Broker/Owner of One Focus Property Management, managing a portfolio of 600 rental units in Lycoming and Clinton counties since 2012. Originally from south-central Pennsylvania, Jennifer managed large, multi-family properties ranging from 300-500 units for seven years. While pursuing an MBA at the Pennsylvania State University, she realized a new professional mission of bringing expert property management services to smaller markets whose landlords don’t have She excels at leveraging her business and investment expertise with her on-site experience to bring the best possible services to the markets OneFocusPM serves. OneFocusPM helps investors in small markets successfully invest in real estate using best-in-class strategies and tech-forward tools.Jennifer is a licensed Real Estate Broker and the 2023 Past President of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Association of Rental Property Managers. Jennifer lives in South Williamsport with her husband, Dave, and their two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys biking the local rail trails, kayaking, and beach resorts.
