ABOUT JENNIFER MCCREDIE

I have a passion for building winning teams and exploring new ways to drive growth and innovation. With over 20 years experience in building successful companies, I have experience identifying new market opportunities and developing GTM plans to maximize revenue. Currently I am focused on Customer Advocacy Sales programs for Google Workspace to amplify how our customers are driving transformation and growth. I spent eleven years as a Global Executive at OpenText, Canada\'s largest software company and served as their CMO, SVP Sales and Marketing Services as well as their SVP Customer Experience with over $2B revenue. Through a period of rapid growth and over 100+ acquisitions, I drove a customer first strategy and created a global brand with one voice to the customer. I was also a Cloud Sales Business Strategist at Oracle for over five years. Currently I am the Sales Program Lead for Google Workspace Customer Advocacy to amplify how our customer\'s are using Workspace to drive innovation and growth. By leveraging the full power of Google\'s innovation, companies can differentiate their business and create competitive advantage. Education includes an M.B.A, B. Comm, and a B.A. Most recently I completed the Rotman, University of Toronto, Directors Education Program to be a certified board member (from ICD). Participation on several advisory boards and committees including the board of directors of Waterloo Economic Development Corporation, Communitech, the Waterloo Region Community Technology Association and Chair, Covent Garden Market Corporation.
