A former employee, upon my request for an exit review as their leader, described me as a \'Personal Growth Junkie\'. At first, reading this took me aback as I was unsure if this was intended to be a positive description. After I reflected on it, I have grown fond of this label and cant think of a better phrase to describe me both personally and professionally. I love innovation and process improvement, I enjoy and actively volunteer for challenging work and projects, and I am relentlessly passionate about driving and measuring results. I have enjoyed working with data, technology, and operations within my +10 years of experience in Finance and Supply Chain.
