I’m a seasoned New Product Development and program management leader who thrives propelling brands through creative strategies and solutions that drive business results.For 17+ years at Mattel, I dedicated my work to developing and launching licensed products through partnerships with Disney, Pixar, Warner Brothers, DC Comics, Illumination, and Universal, driving an annual revenue up to $450MM. I have developed and launched new products globally from ideation to execution by building and leading a wide range of cross-functional teams from Marketing, Design, Finance, Legal, Soft Goods, to Manufacturers globally. To do that effectively, I have established and refined product development and licensor approval process to optimize workstreams and improve efficiencies for both Mattel and their licensed partners to support business growth.I brought my deep expertise in product development and licensing to Little Sleepies, the ultra-comfortable bamboo-fiber pajamas brand, continuing my proven track record of partnering with great brands including Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilm, Warner Brothers, Sesame Street, and BBC. My leadership strength lies in finding a balance between people and results.
