She is currently the SVP, Head of Talent at Publicis Groupe, where she leads and facilitates the transformation of a centralized people operations approach for a multi-faceted agency solution that brings together talent from three agencies within the Publicis Digital Experience (PDX) pillar. As a member of the executive leadership team, Jenn provides strategic vision and trusted partnership in guiding talent management, culture and engagement, performance and rewards, and learning and development for one of the world\'s top five most advertised brands. She is also an executive leadership coach, a licensed clinical professional counselor, and a meditation teacher, who leverages her diverse skills and certifications to help individuals and teams achieve their vision and goals.
