As part of the Broadcast & Event Services’ Strategy & Operations team I manage the in-office experience service program for the US locations, focused on Wellesley Hills, Portland, and Waterford (Ireland) as well as Hartford, Baltimore, Milwaukee, and Kansas City. I lead their new team to deliver an impressive slate of in-person meetings, hybrid events and employee services, providing expert knowledge to meet corporate experience objectives, quality standards, and business goals. I work directly with business partners, advising on agenda strategies, detailing event itineraries, liaising with vendors and overseeing food and beverage services. I lead their new team of Event and Experience Specialists and work closely with our US Facilities and AV team members to enhance the office experience for their colleagues and guests.
