I’m a strategic leader with 15+ years of experience helping organizations in refining, petrochemical, and specialty chemical industries solve complex problems and unlock long-term value. My career has spanned sales, marketing, project management, and executive leadership—always with a focus on building trusted relationships, delivering results, and driving transformation. Currently, I serve as a Partner at Pinnacle Data-Driven Reliability, where I work with global customers to adopt advanced reliability solutions. I thrive on connecting technical concepts with business strategy, designing frameworks that create measurable impact, and rallying teams to deliver excellence. Previously, as President of Chemic Engineers & Constructors, I led a full turnaround of the business—strengthening operations, building a positive culture, and expanding both domestically and internationally. Earlier in my career, I held roles in sales engineering and education, experiences that sharpened my ability to communicate complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and inspire collaboration. At the core, I’m energized by curiosity, accountability, and the opportunity to bring people together to solve meaningful challenges.
