ABOUT JENNIFER KABATCHNIK

I’m a healthcare strategy and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of health plans, healthcare technology, and consulting organizations.Over the course of my career, I’ve focused on helping complex organizations translate strategic priorities into operational execution. That has included building and scaling enterprise healthcare implementation programs, leading employer group onboarding and commercial operations functions, and designing operational infrastructures that support both payer and provider environments.Much of my work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. I’ve partnered closely with executive leadership teams to align sales, product, operations, analytics, and technology functions around shared goals—building the governance, processes, and cross-functional collaboration needed to deliver measurable outcomes. My background includes leadership roles including Kaiser Permanente and MCG Health (a Hearst company), and consulting environments where I’ve led large-scale healthcare technology implementations, operational transformation initiatives, and enterprise programs supporting growth and organizational change.More recently, I’ve been advising healthcare organizations and emerging companies on operational strategy, healthcare innovation, and new care delivery models, including initiatives supporting Enhanced Care Management, behavioral health, and food-as-medicine programs.I’m particularly interested in Chief of Staff and executive strategy roles where I can partner with CEOs and leadership teams to drive priority initiatives, strengthen organizational alignment, and help companies move from strategy to execution more effectively.I recently completed MIT’s Generative AI for Digital Transformation certification, focused on how AI-enabled tools can support enterprise strategy, operational efficiency, and innovation across healthcare organizations.I’m passionate about helping organizations navigate complexity, scale effectively, and bring innovative healthcare solutions to market.
