Confirms legal documents required to close a transaction and parties required to sign each legal document per third party vendor contract.Analyzes requests to ensure loan and lease documents reflect the approved and intended closing package.Compliance and TrainingCertifies a valid 1st lien requirement for all FLCA RE loans prepared for Vendor (FCI).Attends monthly training sessions to stay current on organizations operational procedures.Reads updates to CPM (policies), EPC (procedures) and stays current with the Organizations Intranet communication tools
