My key responsibilities include: Training & Development - Conduct in-person workshops across three regions focusing on process improvements and collaboration utilizing technology- Facilitate monthly virtual Tech training sessions to empower team members- Create and edit micro learning training videos, ensuring accessibility on internal training platforms.Process Improvement & Support - Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows- Provide dedicated support to team members, equipping them with the tools and knowledge for success.Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyze data to derive insights and trends, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. Resource Design & Management - Design and manage SharePoint sites for streamlined access to crucial resources, promoting self-service learning. Innovation Leadership - Actively participate in Kickbox Innovation projects, leading the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) initiative- Pilot the DAP and advocate for its benefits across the organization to drive widespread adoption.
