Managing the implementation of the annual marketing plan and calendar of firm-wide activities * Working with the web developer to ensure the firm’s web site content is current and search engines are maximized* Overseeing and managing all marketing related activities * Create recruiting marketing campaigns consistent with the firm’s brand and positioning* Create and submit Press releases* Maintaining inventory of promotional materials (i.e. brochures, flyers, giveaways, etc.)* Coordinating the mailing and disbursement of promotional materials* Managing external vendors, including copywriters, designers, printers, list brokers, and mailing houses * Managing the firm’s marketing calendar, tracking the progress of each marketing campaign, budget, current status and results* Writing collateral materials such as manager and partner bios, PDF flyers and other materials as necessary, with the assistance of outside vendors when appropriate* Trade shows / College recruiting events* Maintain and manage firm social media accounts
