Oversees and guides field HR Manager team in delivering consultation to leaders and colleagues nationwide. • Provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, employee relations, performance management and talent assessment. • Leads in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance Concentra mission, vision and values. • Plans, designs, develops and evaluates human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals. 2/01-1/12 Regional Human Resource Manager • Partner with management to implement and administer human resource programs, procedures, and systems that provide an environment that motivates employees to achieve company objectives while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. • Responsible for the HR function and colleagues in the Midwest region including multiple clinic and office locations as well as the toxicology laboratory- Advanced Toxicology Network. • Acts as consultant and advisor for colleagues. • Leads and consults with management on the implementation of HR business strategies. • Consults with supervisors and managers regarding methods and approaches to resolve employee work problems. • Audits area of responsibility to determine the effectiveness of personnel programs and policies. • Provides understanding and assures compliance with regulations in regards to employment law, FLSA, Workers’ Compensation and EEO/AA • Involved in due diligence, training and transitioning of employees throughout the acquisition process.
