I was the first analyst hire on the US analytics team, joining just ahead of the launch of Soluna - a new youth mental health app. I led the development of our foundational data and reporting infrastructure from the ground up: defining key metrics, rolling out Tableau as our BI tool, and partnering with cross-functional teams and leadership to build crucial reporting that shaped early strategy and success.As the US analytics manager, I onboarded and managed a team of four additional data analysts and fostered continued collaboration across teams (Product, UX, Research, Operations, Clinical, Engineering). I have since transitioned back into a senior technical role to scale Soluna’s analytics infrastructure - focusing on introducing analytics engineering practices by creating foundational dbt models in a medallion-style architecture, and developing team guidelines and training to support adoption. I also serve as the dedicated analytics partner for product squads focused on onboarding and user retention, helping translate product goals into measurable outcomes and guiding data strategy within those teams.
