Summary of Role:The regional Manager will be accountable for the delivery of their assigned portfolio of projects and customers. The Program Manager will be responsible for balancing the portfolio delivery based on key measures such as margin, capacity, and customer success. Project and client escalations will initially be routed through the Program Manager. Responsibilities:Accountable for Regional PMO performance & execution,Accountable for Regional adherence to PMO Governance,Regional point of escalation for PM’s and EM’s,Responsible for Portfolio reporting & aggregation, including escalations for senior leadership visibility/support,Responsible for Regional performance (revenue, utilization, forecasting, margins, customer satisfaction),Accountable for individual portfolio project performance,Attendance at key/strategic project meetings (steerco, boards, KO etc),Capacity management and prioritization of resource allocations across portfolio projects, Sales deal support coordination, ensuring services resources are appropriately allocated,Sales pipeline integration to ensure new deals & projects can start with sufficient resources,Management of portfolio risk and escalation within Marigold, providing support to PM’s on any internal dependencies.Management of inter-project dependencies and engagement with cross-functional teams,Responsible for PM/PgM performance management,Assignment of PM’s and PgM’s to projects & clients,
