People and relationships are pivotal in all aspects of life as well as business, these skills have successfully helped me to implement projects and provide support to all areas of the businesses I have worked in.My roles as an administration coordinator has allowed me to expand my skills in marketing and management, assisting with operational support for multiple offices including SEO implementation and development alongside offsite SEO teams.I am experienced in brand marketing, account management, training and development, mentoring, events, campaign execution & design across the travel, retail, sports, customer service and real estate sectors. Throughout my career, I have been involved in a number of successful marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives and was part of the delivery of a nation-wide company re-brand. My skills have enabled me to provide training, process improvement and integration of new technologies across a number of platforms. I am a focused and multi-dimensional thinker and problem solver, and am always looking to find forward thinking and unique solutions to help business and employees transform their organisations. Outside of work I am an active member (and mermaid in training) of the sydney dive community and I try to get in the water for a dive as often as possible. The water is my happy place, my time to breathe, reset and appreciate all aspects of the ocean, it has quickly become my second passion.
