ABOUT JENIFER OHANESIAN
I’ve spent over 20 years in sales and leadership, building my career around relationships, trust, and showing up consistently. I started at Verizon and later moved into the HCM space with Paylocity, where I found my niche helping organizations navigate HR, payroll, and compliance in a way that actually makes sense. That experience continues to shape how I approach my work today. At MP: Wired for HR, I partner with organizations to simplify complex processes and bring together technology with a level of service that feels personal and reliable. My focus is always on understanding the bigger picture and being someone people can count on. I hold a Master’s in Leadership and Negotiation, which influences how I communicate, collaborate, and approach challenges. Outside of my role, I’m actively involved in the HR and business communities across Massachusetts and Connecticut.
