ABOUT JENALYN LAZANA
20+ years of civilian and military work experience have given me the ability to produce results in complex and challenging situations. I am always looking to connect with forward-thinking individuals and organizations. I thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced culture that values feedback, transparency, and innovation. I have a proven track record of success in business development, strategy, team development, and cross-functional operations. My favorite way to serve organizations is through assignments that require strong leadership presence, navigating change, and telling stories with data. This approach allows me to multiply stakeholder experience with powerful insights, resulting in more confidence & buy-in when making tough organizational decisions. OPERATIONS AND CAREER HIGHLIGHTS • Launched Clinical Support Department at Monogram Health to support dynamic in-home care services and telehealth practice model in a startup environment, with multiple payors and lines of service in a startup environment • During COVID-19\'s initial pandemic phase in the U.S, pivoted from 100% in-practice care to 100% virtual care over the course of two weeks. Worked with market leadership to ensure patient & team safety, managed rapid-cycle process improvement and maintained team morale during a challenging time. • Launched brand-new primary care clinics in an ambiguous startup environment overseeing all aspects of operations including initial setup, contract services, training of all staff, and day-to-day policies. • Piloted multiple successful initiatives for Iora Health in collaboration with cross-functional teams integrating new processes with technology which were then adopted by the entire organization. • Hand-selected for a position of trust in the Arizona Army National Guard in the Office of the Inspector General.
