Cleveland Tofu is a product I am passionate about, my husband and I eat only plant based foods and Cleveland Tofu is propared in our home 5 days a week. My goal is Promoting healthy plant based protein for dining out, Educating people on the idea that offering a bean burger at a 5 star establishment is not desirable~ we want a gourmet option just like all patrons. Cleveland Tofu is made from Non GMO Ohio Grown Soybeans, produced and hand cut in Cleveland Ohio.
