I currently lead the content team at Active Profile, a strategic marketing and PR agency working across sectors including real estate, placemaking, technology, financial services and more. My role involves shaping content strategies that connect with audiences at every stage - from initial brand discovery through to deeper engagement and conversion. I manage a growing content and PR team and work closely with creative and performance colleagues to make sure our campaigns are joined-up, commercially focused, and creatively strong. A big part of my work is helping clients tell their story with clarity and impact across every channel, platform, and format. Every day in my role I am proud to:• Lead on content strategy and delivery across the agency’s full client base, with a focus on quality, consistency, and measurable outcomes.• Be particularly skilled in the creation and roll out of brand value propositions – having created my own process that I have honed and has proven to deliver impactful outcomes for clients.• Manage and mentor a creative team, encouraging collaboration, creative thinking, and continuous improvement.• Build strategic, insight-driven content plans that support wider marketing goals - including brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement.• Produce clear, compelling content and full funnel campaigns across all touchpoints - digital, social, PR, email, and more – all tailored to the needs of different audiences.• Work across departments to ensure content works cohesively with visual design, performance activity, and broader client objectives.• Take a lead with our agency event planning, most notably for TechClimbers (our sister company)• Be a confident presenter, pitcher and leader – with much experience liaising directly with business stakeholders at C-suite level. • Much more!
