Jilij GmbH is an organisation consultancy and software development firm.Founded by experts from Product Design, Software Development and Work Organisation, the focus of jilij is to provide their expertise to scaling companies as well as developing software services for everybody’s everyday projects.As Executive Consultant I most recently worked with a Munich based Healthtech company for 12 months. Goal of the project was to get the organisation ready for significant growth in view of their next funding round. Working closely with all members of the board we managed to scale the company from around 50 employees to more than 100 while setting up a flexible team-based structure and communication framework.As General Manager at jilij I am leading all things operational and financial as well as the internal development of jilij’s own knowledge sharing platform.
