Our family of brands MY SALON Suite and Salon Plaza attracts and inspires experienced professionals from all facets of the health and beauty industry to individually own and operate their own businesses in one of several private suites, each fully equipped with a styling center, state-of-the-art security system and other eco-salon suite amenities. We want all of our Members to live their best beauty life, so we give them the space to express their individual flair, give their clients personal attention, and connect with other beauty professionals to inspire each other every day. Founded in 2010, MY SALON Suite is raising the bar in luxury for salon entrepreneurs and consumers across North America - the brand’s success in recent years has been momentous. With more than 155 locations in 36 states across the United States and Canada, the New Orleans-based franchise company plans to add 200 franchise partners and 300 salons in the next five years. I focus on bringing clarity to complex development programs so franchise owners can open their doors with confidence and momentum.As Director of Construction for MY SALON Suite, I work closely with owners and partners nationwide to streamline delivery, strengthen vendor performance, and protect the integrity of the brand as it grows.Earlier in my career, I worked across energy infrastructure and geomorphology — contributing at Submar and founding Morpho. In those roles, I took a first-mover approach to problem-solving: conceptualizing, designing, manufacturing, and implementing new products and services that improved field operations and project outcomes. I also helped introduce unmanned aerial systems for mapping and QA when the industry was just beginning to explore that technology.But innovation isn’t only technical — it’s cultural. I focus on placing the right people in the right roles, building environments where professionals can grow, and earning trust through accountability and support. Colleagues would describe my impact as helping them become more confident — personally and professionally — which leads to healthier teams and better results.My commitment to entrepreneurship started early as President of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization, where I learned the courage it takes to build something new.Competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu reinforces that mindset.
