Provide ongoing support to franchisees during the opening, remodel, and relocation process- Provide franchisee with a center-specific project plan with tasks and timelines to complete- Coordinate ordering, delivery, installation, and training of all new center orders with the development team (including third-party vendors and contractors) to keep projects on track - Develop and manage center budgets- Participate in FOUNDATIONS training for new FASTSIGNS franchisees- Support Franchisees in obtaining a loan to open their FASTSIGNS, including SBA loans- Manage exterior signage vendor to ensure the sign is installed as soon as possible- Develop and execute systems to ensure all facets of the development process are executed on time, and progress is regularly communicated to franchisees- Provide cost evaluation support for annual FDD updates for the US and Canada- Various administrative duties. Order tracking, shipping, etc- Process vendor invoices for FASTSIGNS new and relocating centers- Maintain the new center vendor purchase orders- Update and maintain development training manuals/websites for new owners- Provide support and assistance to supply chain, training, and operations support teams as necessary- Assist all franchisees with relocations as far as space planning, ordering, and billing process for equipment and millwork.
