Business Analyst – FinTech- Supports and enhances core ERP and financial systems, including Oracle EBS, Coupa, Vertex, GT Nexus, and iExpense- Acts as a bridge between Finance, Accounting, and Technology, resolving intercompany and external incidents, streamlining processes, and executing on the Finance Systems pipeline- Assists with setting up finance systems in new and emerging markets (Mexico, Sri Lanka)- Troubleshoot and resolve intercompany issues through ServiceNow.Project Management- Oversees the Corporate Finance Systems team using JIRA, ensuring efficient task management and prioritization- Collaborates with software engineers and business analysts to maintain team alignment and operational efficiency- Documents recurring issues and solutions in runbooks, and maintain knowledge resources in Confluence for future reference.
