Client and Project Support:Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Attend client meetings to scope needs and confirm understanding in writing.Regularly meet with customers to ensure satisfaction and that their needs are being met.Team Collaboration:Coordinate with external instructional design teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.Work closely with internal teams to review and assign priorities.Progress Monitoring:Monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and provide transparent updates to clients and internal stakeholders.Review and approve detailed plans, schedules, and timelines.Risk Management:Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.Quality Assurance:Ensure the quality and consistency of instructional materials through rigorous review and testing, maintaining the highest standards.Effective Communication:Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, clients, and talent to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.Be proactive in communicating early and often, anticipating and escalating potential issues.Relationship Management:Build and nurture trusted relationships with all stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and talent.Consult on deployment processes to ensure best practices are followed and clients benefit from TTA’s expertise.Administrative and Logistical Support:Prepare and facilitate project kick-off meetings.Draft and manage contracts for deployed talent.Oversee talent preparation, upskilling, and/or certification.
