Tax Partner at Kurtz Fargo with approximately 30 years of tax and consulting experience in public accounting. My primary focus is on business taxation of entities in real estate, estate & gift tax, emerging growth companies, software & internet, closely held, natural products and professional services. In addition, I assist individuals with tax preparation, business formation, tax planning and representation during IRS and state tax examinations. Outside of tax compliance work, I consult on business merger & acquisition transactions as well as estate & gift taxation planning. As Tax Partner at Kurtz Fargo LLP, I oversee the firm’s tax compliance, tax consulting and tax reporting engagements.
