Welcome to my profile!I am a dedicated and detail-oriented recent graduate of Fort Lewis College, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA. My academic journey has provided me with a robust foundation in financial principles, economic theories, and the practical applications of auditing practices.Throughout my academic career, I participated in various extracurricular activities including officership in Beta Alpha Psi. I had the opportunity to study abroad in Strasbourg, France, which allowed me to gain valuable insights into international cultures, build my knowledge of business practices abroad, and gain a global perspective of economic and financial systems. I volunteered as a Peer Educator for courses in accounting and economics for four semesters, equipping me with knowledge of how to manage different personalities, reinforcing my learning of essential principles, and allowing me to further the academic goals of my peers.I participated in two busy season audit internships, growing my passion for the audit practice. I am eager to continue this experience and gain more insights into the world of financial reporting and assurance. My goal is to gain valuable experience in audit practices and contribute to the integrity and efficiency of financial reporting.Upon graduating, I relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona, where I hope to contribute my skills and knowledge to a dynamic and growing professional environment.
