ABOUT JEFF LESOVOY

I’ve always been fascinated by the systems that quietly make space exploration possible; the cables, connectors, and interconnects that deliver power and data across spacecraft. That curiosity evolved into a career at JPL, where I serve as a people leader of our Wire Harness and Cabling team overseeing multidisciplinary teams in the design, integration, and verification of electrical harnesses for a variety NASA missions.I take a systems-level approach to ensure that our harness designs not only meet technical requirements, but also enhances overall spacecraft performance, reliability, and integration efficiency. My leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, mentorship, and accountability for building teams that deliver exceptional quality under tight mission constraints.
