I coach and mentor agile practitioners in order to grow business agility. I strike a balance between leading and facilitating workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and retention strategies. I try and grow engagement and have open and honest conversations with employees, empowering them to take ownership over their work and business success.

I\'m a technology leader with more than ten years of experience in a number of different software and management roles: development and QA; product and project management; agile and people leadership. I believe organizations are complex systems: improvement efforts and problem solving need to target the system rather than individual components in order to be successful. I\'m motivated by driving business agility and analyzing organization design in order to address root causes and empower teams to build and execute on strategies.
