Locations: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba & CBC NorthResponsible for planning and forecasting the Corporation\'s property portfolio, including the selection, acquisition, lease, exchange or disposition of real estate to meet the organization\'s operating needs. Responsible for managing all CBC facilities, monitoring all construction and other contractual arrangements and representing the organization in matters associated with real estate development. This includes space leasing, project management, property management and maintenance of properties.Assess and determine scope, quality level and performance indicators of real property management services within the real estate portfolio. Provide direction and operational support with respect to the development and implementation of Building Management contingency, emergency, and disaster recovery planning processes as it relates to facilities. Manage the building management contingency, emergency, and disaster recovery planning processes. Manage the development, review and implementation of business continuity, emergency, disaster recovery, and security-related plans, and provides final approval on plans for the real estate portfolio.
