Being part of the Help to Grow Program has been a very rewrding experience. Not only does it give small business owners the tools and support to succeed, but it’s also been a brilliant opportunity for me to keep learning and growing too. Mentoring through the program has allowed me to share the knowledge and strategies I’ve picked up over decades in business, from FMCG and digital content to tech and beyond. At the same time, the continuous education and an ABM qualification have helped me stay sharp and on top of my game. It’s a privilege to work with ambitious entrepreneurs, helping them tackle challenges and discover new opportunities. I believe that I have gained as much from the program as I’ve given and can’t recommend it enough to anyone passionate about making a difference - think of it as a way to keep \'sharpening the saw\' as Steven Covey would say!
