droidcon was founded 2009 in Berlin and has quickly grown to the biggest android developer conference worldwide. In 2019 more than 1400 unique mobile developers visited droidcon Berlin during three days. Additional droidcons are organized by our HQ team in NYC and SF, also by local licencee partners in London, Vienna, Torino, Madrid, Boston, Beijing, Singapore, Dhaka, Ho Chi Minh City, Chennai, Nairobi, Tunis, Bucarest, Dubai, Tel Aviv and several other. More droidcons are on the way.

I´m an active LinkedIn user with 11K first level contacts, mostly developers and entrepeneurs. In 2017 I partnered with Messe Berlin Group to further grow our global tech event \"droidcon\" that happens in 26 locations like New York, San Francisco, Beijing, Singapore, Dubai, Tel Aviv, Nairobi, London and Berlin. About me: Born in 1968 i made my first steps into programming computers on a ZX81, followed by a C64 (the legendary \"breadbox\"), Amiga and finally IBM compatible 386SX, coding simple games in Basic and C. After finishing highschool in 1988 i fullfilled my military duty, studied macro economics and founded my first company. In 2009 i decided to support the idea of the first open mobile platform with real chances to revolutionize the market because propriate platforms like iOS are boring me - the first android developer conference \"droidcon\" was born. Today droidcons are done in North America, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. For a complete (rapidly growing) list check out In 2011 i decided to realize a little dream of me and founded with a small team a gaming studio in Munich. 2013 i moved my business hq from Northern Germany to prospering Berlin. 2017 Messe Berlin and Mobile Seasons signed a joint venture to further enhance droidcons around the globe and develop new products for this platform. 2018 Our team is working first time ever on an openair tech event called \"Children of Doom\" at a run-down location in Berlin, covering topics like sustainability, plastic waste avoidance, upcycling and urban farming. The first edition happened in may 20••••19 I founded my first sustainable company, solving the global problem of plastic pollution, using smart technology to establish circle economy for b2b areas -\"1less\". We already developed a patent-filed prototype (IoT Hard- and Software). Because of Covid19 impact we decided to enhance our system with extended technical anti-virus features for touchless desinfection. Market entry is planned for end of 2022.
