Okay real quick, story time.Went to UTSA. Got a finance degree. Thought I was going to be a Wealth Manager. Realized pretty fast I didn\'t want to grow people\'s portfolios. I wanted to grow brands.First job out of school I was managing millions in ad spend for some of the biggest shoe brands you can think of. Adidas, Converse, Crocs, Steve Madden. You name it, I was probably running ads for it.Wanted to see what agency life was like. Jumped in. Worked on my wedding day. Yeah. Moving on.Then the dream job came. Joined the #1 creator in the personal finance space on YouTube. 12 year old Josh would have lost his mind. 25 year old Josh also lost his mind. Built million dollar funnels, launched a budgeting app, hired an amazing team. We did a lot.Now I\'m Director of Marketing at Coltcam Capital, building a full in-house marketing operation for one of the most interesting real estate investment firms in Texas.The game keeps changing.
