Calculate Commercial Requirement for Clothing and Home products across Intake, Storage, Sales, Returns and Dispatch across three key time horizons: 52WK Monthly Planning Process, Financial Operations Quarterly Planning Process and 10YR Planning Process twice yearly. • Translate the business commercial estimates from Cash (£) into Logistics Units Requirement, to set Forward Capacity Plans for multiple trading channels and modularities. • Engage Business Units in monthly supply reviews, to ensure accurate articulation of commercial volume requirements versus available logistics capacity, converting data into easy to understand network impact. Negotiate and Manage Trade-offs across stakeholders to ensure a successful delivery of the commercial requirement.• Collaborate with, and influence, Senior Management, Central Planning, Network Design and Transition teams to model future strategic logistics network transitions. Advise on viability, risks and opportunities of different scenarios and new business cases of future network design and strategy.• Promote Continuous Improvement through regular review of current processes and suggest improvements to improve speed of delivery, quality and accuracy of output. Develop and deploy Logistics Long term Planning KPIs.• Operate with clear Operating Procedures ensuring ongoing visibility of assumptions and key metrics through regular sign-off process.• Generate Insight based on ad-hoc requests from leadership team.
