ABOUT JEAN-BAPTISTE MOUNIER

Head of Media Relations at the French Insurance Federation (FFA), I am at ease with economic and financial issues as well as crisis communication. De facto, communication is now a strategic issue in the same way as other central functions, and so is the external communications manager. He/she plays an intermediary role between internal \"customers\"(managers, experts, operational teams) and external stakeholders (media, social networks, institutions, etc.). I am used to meeting a major challenge: being the key contact for the company\'s external stakeholders to protect and promote its reputation. How do I do this? By : defining a global media relations strategy: targets, key messages coordinating this strategy between central functions, subsidiaries and service providers ensuring the monitoring and crisis management process advising and training all spokespersons After 3 years at Société Générale in Toronto and then in Paris, I gained 12 years of experience in corporate communications at the strategic and operational level, first in 2 agencies and then in 3 international groups (PSA/Stellantis, AXA, Euler Hermes). Since September 2021, I was in charge of media relations at the French Insurance Federation.
