With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry, I lead the M-Power Group, which includes Solution Control Systems (founded 2007) and Control Innovations. Together, we provide high-performance power and control solutions for clients across the industrial, commercial, oil & gas, utilities, power generation, manufacturing, and data center sectors. Having worked extensively in demanding field and industrial environments, I understand how equipment must operate under real-world conditions. I specialize in LV/MV switchgear, motor control systems, MV motor control centers, packaged electrical buildings, skidded power systems, and hazardous-area solutions, with deep knowledge in specifying, designing, and implementing equipment for Class I Div-1/Div-2 environments.I’m a self-starter and progress-driven leader who focuses on improving processes, increasing efficiency, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and reducing waste.
