I am a catalyst for the business model transformation of our clients. Through years of experience, I have acquired 4 skill areas, which together enable me to provide end2end support in the business model transformation.1. Business model innovation. Identifying user problems, sketching out what a possible solution might look like, how they create value, and what business model might be applied for it.2. Project/Software implementation: Leading and facilitating requirement implementation from prototyping, testing, design and development to the final implementation that creates value.3. Agile excellence: During a transformation, the ways of working, i.e. the team setup, have to be adapted to the complexity of new solutions. Here I have led companies in MVPs, Scrum, Safe, and Kanban4. For a successful outcome all these activities, have to be combined in a project and driven by leadership. I have taken these leadership positions for multiple customers in various facets such as contract negotiations, team setup, talent hiring, project implementation, project transition, project phase-out, talent termination, and stakeholder management.
