My responsibilities include: • Program Development: Designing and managing therapeutic, educational, and vocational initiatives tailored to the unique needs of survivors, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery. • Operations Management: Coordinating daily activities within the Children and Youth Care Center (CYCC) to maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with community organizations, volunteers, and donors to enhance program reach and effectiveness. • Client Advocacy: Serving as a liaison between residents and available resources, advocating for their needs while fostering trust and resilience. • Monitoring and Evaluation: Assessing program outcomes and making data-driven adjustments to improve service delivery.My role aligns with my passion for creating impactful change, promoting restorative care, and empowering vulnerable populations to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
