I oversee the Communications and Marketing Team at REACH LA. I\'m responsible for creating and maintaining REACH LA’s image and concepts through the implementation of marketing campaigns and efforts with a focus on both online and offline marketing to different prospective customers and stakeholders. I guide the vision of the design team, oversee the work of illustrators, graphic/visual designers, photographers, and others who are engaged in artwork or layout design. I also manage funder relationships, engage in compliance reporting, and supports special project initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:• Establishing marcomms department standards for production, productivity, quality, and client service• Conceptualizing campaign visions, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials.• Developing creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team.• Developing and implementing digital and print campaigns to promote REACH LA services or grantdeliverables where needed including ad buys and target marketing execution• Delegating projects to designers and oversee decks and storyboards.• Ensuring team adheres to current processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and proposes and creates processes and tools to support design operations.• Creating, executing, and managing marketing programs and campaigns.• Participating in the tender and grant application process including design, submission, and review.• Gathering feedback and present insights from community advisory committee findings.• Composing, editing and/or approving organizational correspondences, copywrite materials, and messaging; motivating, training, and growing the capacity of department staff on these skills
