ABOUT JAYNEEL GAJJAR

Seasoned automotive engineer with experience in multi-domain Simulations, Systems Engineering, Feature Development, Application Engineering and Technical Project Management. I have a thorough understanding of automotive exterior lighting, interior lighting and audio systems. I’ve been fortunate enough to be involved in product development for state-of-art automotive sub-systems across lighting and audio which are surely going to concur the auto-tech world in future. I like to take a zero-based approach to problem-solving while bringing to the table intellectual curiosity, my love for working with people, and a proven ability to see the big picture as well as zoom in to work on details. I try to infuse my surroundings with logic, inclusion, fun, and passion for the shared mission. I\'ve had the privilege of being a student at great institutions - I will be forever indebted to Kettering University - for the two best years of my life and the great start to my professional journey in USA! At the Oakland University, School of Business, I\'ve grown as a person, as a leader and as a global citizen with greater tools for perceiving, understanding, and impacting the world around me. In February 2022, I was chosen as a Board Member of Kettering Alumni Association. I am the first Indian alumni to sit on the board. My goal will be to increase Kettering\'s alumni network and inspire more students to join Kettering for undergraduate/graduate studies.
