Christine is a leader with an eye for innovation in Higher Education poised to take on the challenges of today\'s world. With a strong background in education and a focus on Online and technology-centered education, she has built an international reputation for creative and forward thinking leadership with a passion for executing. Christine has the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and process. Christine is an educational entrepreneur and dynamic leader specializing in building and growing quality online programs in the higher education environment. With over 18 years of experience in the profit, for-profit and State education institutions,she has lead efforts to design, development and implement exemplary Online programs and solving the problems education institutions are facing. Her expertise includes re-positioning organizations for success. This includes creating Lean procedures and processes. Experience in curriculum design and program development from planning to implementation. She builds strong partnership and relationships with faculty and administration teams and is deeply collaborative in her style and approach. Experience administrating and managing remote teams. Christine has a student centered approach to program development and implementation designed for the needs of mobile 21st-century students and their employers. Her specializations include pedagogy and andragogy focused on the Online learner as well as how to build organization and infrastructure to provide high-quality education in flexible formats around the world. The current goal is make Kettering University one of the world’s leading providers of STEM education Online and launch a new center for professional and continuing education employing a range of learning methodologies.
