ABOUT JAYME DONOHOE

I’m an enthusiastic business leader with experience managing category-leading brands through all aspects of marketing strategy to grow market share year-over-year. I’ve led award-winning events across multiple geographies, and I am consistently recognized for being dedicated, hard-working and collaborative. But what really gets me excited is seeing a project through from start to finish, and the satisfaction of delivering results. Over the last decade I’ve had the opportunity to live, work and study all across Canada. I’m now very excited to be living back home in the beautiful Okanagan Valley where I‘m able to further align my interests with my work!What I bring to the table:• I love to solve problems, and I excel at getting things done. Give me a challenge, and I’ll figure out a creative solution and see it through to the end. • I’m highly organized and detail-oriented, but also a big-picture thinker. I can define an opportunity, build the strategy, and then execute with a hands-on approach. • I’m at my best when I have a lot to do and am always keen to take on new challenges – for me, juggling multiple priorities drives efficiency. • I believe collaboration is key. I take the time to understand the perspectives of all partners and build strong relationships based on honesty and accountability.• I challenge the status quo and ask a lot of questions, including “why?” - I believe curiosity drives engagement and allows us to make better decisions.On a personal note:• I’m a lover of wine, food, adventure, and fresh air. • On the weekends you can find me hiking, camping, tending my veggie garden, cooking elaborate meals, and sampling exotic cheeses – and sometimes I do all those things at once. With wine.• I’m passionate about living consciously and sustainably, and I’m motivated by doing what’s right for people and planet.
