Designed, simulated, and manufactured a custom motor mount for a Wave Adapted Modular Vessel (WAM-V) that reduced weight by 8 lbs and costs by per vehicle, which in turn allowed the customer to add more equipment, increasing profits by components and materials for various assemblies by comparing vendors, quoting products, and evaluating shipping time-Led WAM-V 22 CAD file conversion project, revamping and confirming 400+ parts and drawings needed for top-level assembly-Administered on-site mechanical and electrical troubleshooting for WAM-V 8 sea trials-Built and assembled 2 control board panels with various switches and buttons used on the WAM-V 8 boat.
